SC to hear fuel price adjustment case on May 15

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – A three-member bench of the Supreme Court will hear the fuel price adjustment and quarterly tariff adjustment case on May 15.

Justice Yahya Afridi will hear the case. The LESCO has filed a plea challenging the verdict about nullification of the fuel price adjustment.

The LHC had nullified the fuel price adjustment and quarterly tariff adjustment.
